About Me
- Kevin Todd
- I run Varis Pipe Dreams, I have been designing and producing wedding cakes for over 20 years. I trained in patisserie and I am a member of The British Sugarcraft Guild, I am also a chocolatier and have taught and demonstrated various aspects of Sugar craft and Chocolatier and I have been lucky enough to aquire numerous awards over the years for my work. I have also published in such magazines as Wedding Cake a Design Source and Cake Craft and decoration.
